Ik kwam op een punt in mijn leven dat ik dacht, hoe zit het nu eigenlijk, is dit het nu wat er/het is?
En mijn zoektocht  begon. Al snel kwam ik erachter dat humor mijn grootste overlevingsmechanisme was. Nu niet meer. Ik gebruik humor nog steeds in mijn leven, maar niet meer om mezelf niet te laten zien. Nu  zet ik humor in om bruggen te bouwen tussen mij en de ander, indien nodig. Of gewoon omdat humor leuk is!
In 2002 heb ik de Opleiding" De Academie voor Integrale Menswetenschappen" in Utrecht gedaan. In 2006 afgerond. En al de jaren daarna mezelf bijgeschoold!

In mijn beleving is dat het grootste goed in het leven, contact met jezelf en daardoor met de ander. En natuurlijk voel ik ook nog wel eens angst of verdriet en boosheid. Dat hoort bij het leven. Ik loop er niet meer voor weg.

Mijn praktijk bestaat ruim 18 jaar waar ik veel mensen individueel en in groepsverband heb begeleid. Ik werk uit overtuiging, met liefde, aandacht en vakmanschap
Je blik zal enkel helder worden wanneer je in je hart kijkt. Wie naar buiten kijkt, droomt. Wie naar binnen kijkt wordt wakker.

I reached a point in my life where I thought, what is going on, is this what it is now?
And so my search began. I soon discovered that humor was my main survival mechanism. Not anymore. I still use humor in my life, but no longer to hide myself. Now I use humor to build bridges between myself and others, when necessary. Or simply because humor is fun!
In 2002, I enrolled in the Academy for Integral Human Sciences in Utrecht. I completed the program in 2006. And in all the years since then, I have continued to educate myself!
In my experience, that is the greatest good in life: contact with yourself and, as a result, with others. And of course, I still feel fear, sadness, and anger sometimes. That's part of life. I no longer run away from it.
My practice has been in existence for over 18 years, during which time I have guided many people individually and in groups. I work out of conviction, with love, attention, and craftsmanship.
